Today we will discuss another recipe. The vegetarian chili is a simple and easy recipe. The ingredients required for the recipe are as follow olive oil, mushrooms, salt, black pepper, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, wheat, liquid smoke, and beans.

Steps to make the vegetarian chili

Step 1: Cooking the Mushrooms

Take a food processor and put the mushrooms in it. Process the mushrooms for about 30 seconds, until it is the size of the pea.

     Now take a skillet and add 1 tsp of olive oil to it. Heat it over medium heat. Now add the mushroom to it. Also, add the pepper and salt to it and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes until the mushrooms release some of its oil.

Step 2: cook the spices & veggies

Now take a food processor and blend the onion in it. Blend it about 6 to 7 times. Now add this onion along with the cinnamon, paprika, cumin, oregano, chili powder, garlic, minced jalapeno, and green bell pepper to a pot.

       Now cook it for about 10 minutes. when the onion is translucent it’s done now add the sugar to it and stir well.

Step 3: simmer the chili

Now take a pot and add the roasted tomatoes to it. Also, add the tomato sauce and 2 to 3 cups of water. Also, add the chili. Cook until the chili comes to a boil. Now add the bulgur and leave it for about 10 minutes. then add the beans to the pot. Mix well. Lave it for about 10 minutes.

Step 4: season and serve

Season the recipe with salt or pepper. Top with the avocado, cilantro, and red onion and serve.
