Today we will discuss a very easy and simple recipe the vegetables fried rice. The time taken to cook the recipe is about 30 to 40 minutes. the ingredients required for the recipe are as follow olive oil, carrots, cabbage, diced zucchini, sliced bell pepper, eggs, ground pepper, rice, ginger, garlic, sauce, sesame oil, sliced scallions.

5Ground pepper—- ½ cup
6CabbageShredded1 cup
7Broccoli crown & stems—–1 cup
8Shelled edamameFrozen1 cup
9RiceBrown3 cups
10Ginger—-1 tsp
11Garlic—-2 tsp
12Soya sauce—-¼ cups
13Sesame oil—–1 tsp
14Sliced scallions—-½ cup


Step 1: cooking the veggies

The first step is to cook the vegetables.  Heat a large skillet. Then add 2 tsp of olive oil in it. Now add the cabbage, carrots, broccoli, peppers, edamame and zucchini. Stir over time and cook for about 5 minutes. then transfer to the plate and set aside.

Step 2: Scramble the eggs

With the salt and pepper season the eggs. Now heat 1 tsp of olive oil in the same skillet. Add the eggs to it and cook it for about 1 minute. Then transfer to the plate and put with the vegetables.

Step 3: Fry the Rice

Add the olive oil to a skillet; now add the cooked rice to it. Stir occasionally and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add the garlic and ginger to it and cook until they’re fragrant. Then add the sesame oil, ½ cup scallions and soya sauce.

Step 4: Finish the fry

 Now add the eggs and vegetables to the rice and cook it. Stir occasionally until they combine with each other. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper to your taste.

Step 5: serve

To serve add the scallions over the top. If you want soya sauce you can serve also.
