Bhuna Chicken Recipe

The ingredients required for this recipe are as follow:

Chicken, onion, tomato, ghee, cumin seed, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili, mango powder, masala powder, fresh cream, yogurt, vinegar, black pepper, and salt as required.

Steps required for the preparation of the Bhuna Chicken

Step 1: Marinating the Chicken

 Take a bowl and put the chicken in it. Add the salt, black pepper, vinegar, turmeric, ginger paste, garlic paste to it and mix all the ingredients well. Place it aside for some time. The first step is done.

Step 2: Sauté the chicken

Take some oil in a pan. Place it on a stove on medium heat. Add to this pan the cumin seeds. Then add the chopped onion and sauté them for 5 minutes. Once the onion turns reddish then add the garlic and ginger paste. Sauté all these things for 5 minutes more. The second step is done.

Step 3: Preparing the gravy

to prepare the gravy, take the tomatoes and add the masala to it in a pan. Then add turmeric, red chili, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, and mango powder. Cook it for 5 to 6 minutes. The third step is done.

Step 4: Adding the curd

Add the curd to the gravy. And cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.

Step 5: Adding the chicken to the gravy

The last step is adding the marinated chicken pieces to the gravy. Cook it for about 10 minutes. Add Garam masala. You can adjust the consistency of the gravy. But always keep the gravy thick for this recipe.

Step 6: Serving the Bhuna Chicken

  Serve the Bhuna chicken with fresh cream and coriander leaves.

Lebanese Chicken Recipe

This is a very simple recipe. The ingredients for this recipe are chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, rice, mint leaves, salt, and black pepper as required.

Steps for making Lebanese Chicken

Step 1: preparation of the chicken

For of all to prepare this recipe take a chicken wash it and then clean it properly. After this step make cuts in the pieces of the chicken so that it may marinate well. Also, season the chicken with salt. The first step is done.

Step 2: Marinate the chicken

Take a bowl put the chicken in it. Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and a lemon juice of about 1 tsp. mix the chicken well in it. After this pour some olive oil on it, cover it, and place it for about 20 to 30 minutes. The 2 steps is done.

Step 3: Cook the Rice

In the meantime, boil the rice half as it will be cooked more in the chicken. Then leave it at room temperature for some while. Then add mint leaves, salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 4: put the rice in the chicken and tie it with thread

Now put the rice in the chicken cavity and tie it so that the rice does not fall out.

Step 5: Cook the chicken

This is the last step. Take olive oil in a wok and heat it well. When it becomes hot put the chicken in it. Cook the chicken when it takes a nice red-brown color on both sides.

Shredded Chicken Recipe

The ingredients for the shredded chicken recipe are as under chicken, curd, almonds, poppy seeds, chili powder, garam masala, lime juice, ginger paste, spinach, mint leaves, butter, refined oil, garlic paste, green chili, salt.

How to make the shredded chicken

Step 1: Marinate the chicken

Take a bowl put the chicken in that bowl. Add lime juice, salt mix it well with the chicken and leave it for 5 minutes. Then add the curd red chili powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chili and marinate it well. Leave it for 4 to 5 minutes. The first step is done.

Step 2: Make the almond and poppy seed paste

Make a paste of the almond and poppy seeds with a little water. Then take a pan and put the butter in it. When the butter melts and the chicken to it and cook it for some time. Then pour the poppy and almond paste to it.

Step 3: Prepare the gravy in the chicken

when the chicken is half cooked add the mint leaves mix it well put the cover over the pan and make a thick gravy.

Step 4: Garnish with spinach

Heat oil in a pan and fry the spinach in it until it is crispy. Garnish the chicken with the crispy spinach and serve.
