Steps to Make Skillet Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Step 1: Making the rosemary
Take a mixture and add the rosemary, garlic, lemon zest, and salt and mix it well. Then add the olive oil pulse one more time.
Step 2: Marinating the chicken
Take a bowl and put the chicken thighs in it. Now marinate the chicken with the rosemary herb rub. Also, sprinkle the lemon juice over it. Now place this chicken at room temperature for an hour.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 350F
Step 4: Searing the chicken thighs
Now take a pan and heat 2 tsp of olive oil in it over medium heat. When the oil is heated put the chicken in with the skin side down. When the chicken is nicely browned it’s done. Remove it from the heat.
Step 5: Arrange the garlic and shallot b/w chicken thighs
Place the shallot or onion wedges and garlic cloves in b/w the chicken thighs. Now place this is in the oven for about 15 minutes and cook at about 170F temperature.
Step 6: serving
Serve with potatoes, rice, or Spanish leaves.
