How to Make Kimchi and Sausage Pizza

Today we will discuss another simple recipe. The ingredients for the recipe are as follow :  all-purpose flour, cornmeal, marina sauce, Italian sausage, store-bought, cabbage kimchi and fresh basil leaves.

1Store-bought or pizza dough—-2 pounds
2Cabbage kimchi—–8 ounces
3FlourAll-purposeFor dusting
4Marinara sauce——1 cup
5CheeseMozzarella1 cup
6Italian sausage—–8 ounce
7Fresh laves basil—–For garnish
8Cornmeal—-For dusting

Steps required to make Kimchi and Sausage Pizza

Step 1: preparing the dough

Let it come to the dough to room temperature if it is refrigerated. Then divide it into two half, and cover it with the plastic wrap.

Step 2: Preheat the Pizza sheet pan

   Place the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to about 450F so that the sheet pan gets really hot.

Step 3: Prepare the kimchi

Cut the kimchi into pieces and squeeze it with your hands so that the juice came out of it.

Step 4: Roll the Pizza dough

  Working with one dough at a time roll it into the circle as you want. Dust lightly with the flour. You can also do it with your hands. If it does not a perfect circle it does not matter.

Step 5: Preparing the Pizza peel

Now pour the layer of cornmeal on the pizza and place the dough you rolled on it.

Step 6: Top the Pizza

Now marinate the pizza with the marinara sausage evenly spread to the edges of the pizza. Then sprinkle some cheese over it. Also, add the sausage and the squeezed kimchi.

Step 7: Bake the Pizza

    Add the pizza stone and the cornmeal and bake the pizza for about 10 to 15 minutes until a brown crust is formed over it.

Step 8: Serving

Cool the pizza before serving. garnish with fresh basil leaves and enjoy.
