STEPS REQUIRED TO MAKE FETA PASTA
Step 1
The first step to make the Feta Pasta is to preheat the oven up to 4000 take a large skillet that is ovenproof or takes a medium baking dish. Mix all the ingredients i.e. tomatoes, garlic, shallot, and olive oil. Also, add red pepper flakes and salt and combine. The first step is done.
Step 2
Now in the middle of the tomato place the feta and drizzle it with the olive oil. Also, sprinkle the thyme over it. Bake it until the feta turns golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a large pot. Make sure that the pasta is salted. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some water in the pasta before draining.
Step 4
Combine the feta, pasta, lemon zest, pasta water to skillet and completely combine it. To serve garnish with the basil.
