Steps to make beef on rice noodles:
Step 1:
First of all, cook the noodles, be sure not to overcook the noodles. Drain the noodles and rinse. Place it aside. The first step is done.
Step 2:
The second step is to make the marinade. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then pour half of the marinade on the beef and mix it well. Place the marinade aside. The second step is done.
Step 3:
Now take a pan, add canola oil to it, and heat it for 40 seconds. When the oil heats add the beef to it and fry slightly then remove the beef from it and add the onion to this pan. Fry it and then add sprouts and fry for 20 seconds. Now add the noodles, the beef, and the marinade mix it, and fry it. Add the green onions and serve it hot.
