Steps to make BAGUETTES
step 1: PREPARING THE YEAST
Take a bowl, pour warm water in it, and add the yeast to it. Place it aside for some time so that the yeast dissolves in it. The first step is done.
Step 2: MAKING THE DOUGH
Now take the flour in the bowl and add the salt. Then mix the flour and the yeast. Add the cool water little by little and stir it gently until stiff dough is formed. Now put this dough aside for at least 30 minutes. The second step is done.
Step 3: CUTTING THE DOUGH
Now place this dough in a floured surface and press it into a rectangular shape and folds into thirds. Then place the dough in an oiled large bowl for about 2 hours until it is double in size. Cover with plastic wrap.
Step 4:
After two hours take the dough and divide it into 4 parts equally. And make each one into a long loaf. Place these loaves on a floured surface for about 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 5: COOKING
Now heat the oven to 450 degrees and place the loaves in it. Sprinkle some flour on it before baking. Bake it until it turns brown and crusty.
