Today we will discuss the bread pudding recipe. The ingredients for the bread pudding are as follow: raisins, French bread, milk, eggs, vanilla extracts, sugar, allspice, butter, bourbon whiskey.

For the Bourbon Sauce, the following ingredients are required: butter melted, sugar, egg.
Steps to make the Bread Pudding
Step 1: Soak the Raisins
Take a bowl and add the raisins to it. Also, add the bourbon. Leave it for about 1 to 2 hours until the raisins soak up the water.
Step 2: Soak the bread in the milk
Take another bowl to add milk to it. Cut the bread into squares and soak in the milk. Press the bread with the hand so that the bread absorbed the milk.
Step 3: Add the egg mixture
Whisk the egg, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice. Then pour this over the bread and milk mixture. Also, add the raisins to it.
Step 4: Transfer to pan and bake
Take a baking pan. Pour the butter into it. Coat the bottom and sides of the pan with the butter., then pour the bread and milk mixture into the baking pan. Bake for about 40 minutes. the pudding is done.
Step 5: Sauce making
Melt the butter on low heat. Add the eggs, whisk & sugar to blend well. Cook on low heat and stir gently with the spoon. Cook until the coat is thick then remove from the heat.
Step 6: serve
Serve the bourbon whiskey. Best if eaten by the day made.
