Today we will discuss another easy recipe the Air fryer falafel. The ingredients for the recipe are as follows tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, hot water, fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic, flour, chickpeas, shallot, sesame seeds, salt cumin, olive oil, pita bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cucumber.

2Greek yogurt—–¼ cup
3Lemon juice—–½ cup
4Hot water—-½ cup

6Fresh parsley—-¼ cup

8Garlic—–2 cloves
9Shallot—–1 large
10Ground cummins—- 2 tsp
11Paprika—-1 tsp

14Pita bread—-6

Steps To Make The Air Fryer Recipe

Step 1: Making The Tahini Sauce

Take a bowl and add the yogurt, olive oil tahini, and lemon juice and start to mix it. In the beginning, the mixture will be thick. To make it thin add the hot water and stir slowly.

Step 2: making the falafel mixture

Now take a blender and add the paprika, cumin, sesame seed, flour, shallot, garlic, cilantro, chickpeas, lemon, and salt. Blend it well. Now shape the falafel into round discs, about 1 inch in diameter. Make 20 to 25 falafel discs.

Step 3: fry the falafel

Air fry the falafel at 300F for about 10 minutes. Spray the air fryer with olive oil and add the falafel to the fryer. Don’t touch the discs and spray them with olive oil.

Step 4: serve the falafel

Serve the falafel with yogurt, warm pita, and tahini. Top with anything you like. The remaining falafel can be preserved in the fridge for 5 to 6 days. And before serving warm slightly.
